Thank you for visiting the Terms of Service (“Terms”) of Edgohk.com. The Services are provided by Edgo Hong Kong Limited (collectively, “Edgohk”, "this website", “we”, “us”, or “our”), organised under the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Your (“you”, “yours” or “user”) use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. 1. User Conduct

As a condition of your use of this website, you shall not:

(a) trespass, break into, access, use or attempt to trespass, break into, access or use any server areas or data for which you have not been authorised by us;

(b) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying this website;

(c) post or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that may constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or foreign law; 

(d) post or transmit any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or schemes or other unsolicited commercial communication, or engage in spamming or flooding; 

(e) post or transmit any information or software which contains any virus, Trojan horse, worm or other harmful component;

This website and all content used in it (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, etc.) are protected by copyright, trade mark and other relevant laws. You have no rights in or to the information and you will not use the information, except as permitted under the Terms.

3. 3. User Registration

When using certain features of this website, users may need to register an account. When registering an account, you shall provide accurate and complete personal information and maintain its accuracy.

Users should maintain account passwords in confidence and should not transfer or lend their accounts or passwords to others. Users are solely liable for all activities conducted using their accounts and passwords.

5. 5. Warehouse Services

The stored Goods shall exclude dangerous and illegal items. The list of prohibited items includes, but are not limited to:

(a) flammable items;

(b) animals or any other living organisms;

(c) goods and materials generating noise；

(d) food or perishable goods;
(e) illegal goods and immoral  goods；

(f) toxic waste, corrosive substances, asbestos-containing materials and other dangerous articles；

(g) chemicals, compressed gas, radiative products or biological agents；

(h) flammable liquids or legally regulated harmful and dangerous goods；

(i) explosive or combustible materials and liquids such as paints, petrol, oil, gunpowder.

We may refuse  to store or deliver any goods at your cost at any time if we have any reason to believe that storing or delivering such goods poses a threat to the safety of any person.

6. 6. Delivery Service

We and our logistic partner shall deliver goods according to the delivery address provided by the user. The delivery time and cost will be determined according to the specific circumstances. 

7. 7. Orders and Payment

The order will only take effect after we confirm the acceptance of the order. This website provides a variety of payment methods, and users can choose the payment method that suits them.

8. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law of Hong Kong SAR, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any representations or warranties as to the availability of this website or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of any content on this website

The Edgohk is not responsible for any service interruption or loss caused by force majeure or other reasons not caused by the fault of us. The Edgohk shall not in any event be held liable or responsible for any damage or loss to the Goods beyond what is covered in our insurance policy. You are responsible to arrange appropriate insurance for your goods. You are responsible to inspect any items returned to you from us for any loss or damage.

9. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation, validity and disputes resolution of these Terms shall be subject to the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or deleted to the extent minimally necessary without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

10. 10. Change of Terms

This website reserves the right to amend these terms as needed, and the modified terms will be published on this website. Users who continue to use this website will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms.

11. 11. Miscellaneous

No waiver of any breach under these Terms of Use will amount to a waiver of any other breach. All rights are reserved by us, including the right to terminate the Terms with you.

12. 12. Chinese Version Discrepancy
    

In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
